Services
Weekly/Bi-Weekly Service
Mowing services are done on the same day of the week on regular accounts. Lawn service entails mowing, and unlike many lawn services, bagging of the lawn, edging of the sidewalks, driveway, and curb line, as well as, trim line edging and blowing off the entire property. We also pattern mow to keep your lawn from tracking. Round-up is sprayed as needed along curb line and sidewalks for a minimal charge.
Spring/Fall Clean-up
Spring clean-up is normally done the first few weeks in April. Service includes initial lawn service, cleaning of beds and removal of any winter debris. Fall clean-up is started when all the leaves have fallen, normally the 3rd week of November. Service includes removal of all leaves from the lawn, beds and your final lawn service of the season. All leaves can be placed at curbside for township collection or taken away for an additional cost.
6 Step Fertilization Program
This service is sub-contracted to a professional fertilization company. We have sub contracted this work for the last 6 seasons and currently 37 accounts from On The Green are on the program. We highly recommend these professionals for this service. For more information you can contact the following email address; kbritt@otglawnservice.com
Mulch
The busiest and preferred time for mulch is April and May. Those interested and setup an appointment during this time we offer a 15% discount off the delivery. We offer the black die, root mulch, and ICBIN. Services include cleaning of beds and spade and/or trim line edging of beds.
Trimming
We recommend having all shrubbery trimmed two times per season; Late Spring and early Fall. We do offer very limited pruning.
Lawn Renovation
Thatching – Aerating – Seeding
These services are highly recommended every Fall season. The thatching removes the covering of decomposed grass layers. This opens up the surface of the ground to develop new growth when seeding. Also, at this time power seeding is performed that rakes, breaks the barrier, and drops the seed directly into the ground. After this service the lawn is not to be cut for two weeks for the germination period. Watering at this time is very important.
